STORYTELLING ARCHITECTURE

Our Fairy Tales Competition entry "Course of Empire" has been selected for a new book showcasing the most thought-provoking entries from the past 5 years. Stoked to see it in print!

Fairy Tales 2017

We were happy to find out we grabbed an Honorable Mention in this years Blank Space Fairy Tales competition.

It is a Piranesi time-travelling story, which we hope you enjoy!

Exhibit, Queens Museum

Sarah and I were excited to be invited to a month-long exhibit at the Queens Museum in New York. The show--running from August 5th through the 28th--features many of the over 250 entries to the New York State Pavilion competition. The show was opened with a presentation from Paul Goldberger, erstwhile Architecture Critic for The New Yorker. Thank you Vicky Yang for taking some great photos of the show, which can be seen below. And special thanks to the terrific people at the National Trust for Historic Preservation in DC; a terrific team to work with.

Construct the Future Exhibit, 2016

Sarah and I were honored to be invited to share our Tiny Homes project at an exhibit in London earlier this year. The show, entitled 'Construct the Future', took place at the Hoxton Gallery on Old Street and featured a range of work focused on alternative concepts of living today. Below are some photos of the event, as well as a small pic of our submission. Thanks in particular to Alexander Osei-Bonsu for helping to organize this and big ups to the folks at www.instagram.com/weare_native/
